From time to time things may go wrong but rest assured all your purchases come with a warranty period to offer peace of mind. Details of each manufactures warranty period can be found in the following section.
Faults withing 30 days
If you experience any manufacturing fault within the first 30 days we will replace or refund the item. Terms and conditions apply.
Faults after 30 days
If a manufacturing fault occurs after 30 days, it will be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. We will work with both you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue and will follow their final decision.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Complete the warranty form below. Our customer service team will review your claim and may request images or videos to help diagnose the issue. If sending video or large images we recommend using WeTransfer.

If necessary, we may arrange collection for further inspection or send the item to the manufacturer. Please ensure the product is securely packed for transport—retaining the original packaging is recommended. (If you use your own packaging it must not exceed 100cm x 70cm x 60cm) Oversize parcel charges may apply.

Return costs will be covered by us, but we are unable to offer loan products while your item is being inspected or repaired.
Warranty Outcomes

If the fault is due to a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a repair or replacement if a repair is not economical.

If the issue is caused by wear and tear, damage, or misuse, we will provide a repair quote. You will also be responsible for return shipping costs, which are £22.99 per parcel.

If there is a dispute over the cause of the fault, the item will be assessed by the manufacturer. If they determine it is due to wear and tear, damage, or misuse, you will be responsible for all shipping and repair costs.
If a collection is arranged and no one is available on the scheduled day, a £12 missed collection fee will apply.
Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage
Please refer to your product manual for specific warranty details. In general, manufacturer warranties cover defects and faults, but do not include:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse (e.g., force folding)
- Neglect or accidental damage
- Failure to maintain the product as per the user guide
- Wheel damage, including punctures
- Any other issues not covered under the warranty
